Women Make Film: A Road Movie Through Cinema is a 14-hour exploration of the work of some of the world’s greatest directors – all of them women. Five years in the making, with almost a thousand extracts from thirteen decades of cinema across five continents. Narrated by Adjoa Andoh, Jane Fonda, Kerry Fox, Thandie Newton, Tilda Swinton, Sharmila Tagore and Debra Winger. Shot and edited by Mark Cousins.
